- Specimen Collection and Handling: Collects blood, urine, tissue, and other clinical samples, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and transport.
- Diagnostic Testing and Analysis: Conducts routine and specialized assays across departments such as hematology (complete blood counts), clinical chemistry, microbiology (cultures and staining), and immunology (blood typing).
- Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Sets up, calibrates, cleans, and troubleshoots automated analyzers, centrifuges, and microscopes.
- Quality Control (QC): Runs control samples, verifies that instrument values fall within acceptable ranges, and logs maintenance records.
- Data Management and Reporting: Records test findings accurately into laboratory information systems and flags critical or abnormal results for immediate notification to doctors or nurses.
- Infection Control and Safety:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
