URGENT HIRING | L2 SUPPORT ENGINEER

We are hiring experienced L2 Support Engineers with robust technical troubleshooting skills and mandatory Banking Domain experience.

Job Details:

- Position: L2 Support Engineer
- Experience: 5–10 Years
- Location: Delhi
- Budget: Up to 15 LPA
- Domain: Banking / BFSI (Mandatory)
- Hiring: Immediate / Urgent

Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong Banking Domain knowledge (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of Banking applications and support processes.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database and SQL query writing.
- Knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL, MySQL and database procedures.
- Strong working knowledge of Linux/UNIX commands.
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving.
- Basic shell scripting knowledge (Linux).
- Working knowledge of Postman – GET, PUT and POST requests.
- Understanding of Tomcat server configuration and deployment.
- Eclipse debugging skills.




- Java coding knowledge – ability to understand and troubleshoot developer-written code.
- Exposure to ETL tools.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong incident management and production support capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with development teams.
- Banking domain experience is compulsory.
