Key Responsibilities:

1. Client KYC Support

- Assist clients in completing their KYC process accurately and within the required timelines.

- Guide clients through each step of the KYC process and resolve any difficulties they face.

Client

Communication & Assistance

- Provide support to clients through phone calls, WhatsApp chats, and other communication channels.

- Respond to client queries promptly and ensure a smooth KYC experience.

3. KYC Follow-ups & Reminders

- Send timely reminders to clients who have not completed their KYC process through WhatsApp or email.

- Follow up regularly on pending KYC cases to ensure timely completion.

Internal Team

Coordination

- Resolve KYC-related queries raised by internal teams.

- Provide real-time updates on KYC status and progress whenever required.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve process-related issues.

5.

Process

Improvement & Automation

- Identify repetitive manual tasks and develop ways to simplify them through automation.

- Explore and implement AI-based solutions to improve productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.





- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the overall KYC workflow.

6. KYC Data Management

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal KYC records and databases.

- Regularly update KYC status, pending cases, completed cases, and other relevant information.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal systems.

7. KYC Knowledge Document Management

- Review and update KYC knowledge documents, process guidelines, and SOPs regularly.

- Ensure that the latest process updates, requirements, and instructions are documented and communicated to the team.

8. MIDAP Central System Management

- Maintain and manage the MIDAP Central System.
- Ensure that relevant data and records are updated accurately and regularly.

- Monitor system-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
