Eligibility Criteria

Graduates only | Age: 18–30 years

Prior banking, sales, customer service, or BPO experience required

Freshers are not eligible

Excellent English communication skills

No employment gap exceeding 6 months

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls related to Kotak 811 and credit cards.

Resolve customer queries and provide banking-related assistance.

Explain product features, benefits, and digital banking services.

Cross-sell credit cards and other relevant banking products.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Shift & Advantages:

24/7 rotational shifts, including Sundays and holidays

Female candidates: Shift between 7 AM and 8 PM

8 rotational week-offs per month
