We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, and responsible Kitchen Helper to join our kitchen team at Darling’s Cafe & Bar, Manali.

The ideal candidate should assist chefs in daily kitchen operations, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist chefs with daily food preparation.

● Wash, peel, chop, and prepare vegetables and ingredients.

● Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.

● Clean utensils, equipment, and workstations.

● Help with ingredient storage and stock organisation.

● Assist different kitchen sections during busy hours.

● Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

● Support chefs with other kitchen-related duties as required.

Requirements





● Previous kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory.

● Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

● Good teamwork and communication skills.

● Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
