Role: Inbound Credit Card Officer – Sales & Service
Process: Kotak 811
Payroll: Direct Bank Payroll
CTC: Up to 4.3 LPA + Incentives
Eligibility:
- Graduates aged 18–30 years
- Relevant banking, sales, BPO, or customer service experience required
- Freshers not eligible
- Excellent English communication skills
- No employment gap exceeding 6 months
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls related to credit cards and Kotak 811.
- Resolve customer queries and provide banking assistance.
- Explain credit card features, advantages, and services.
- Upselling credit cards and other banking products.
- Identify customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and ensure customer satisfaction.
Shift: Rotational shifts (24/7); female candidates: 7 AM–8 PM Week-offs: 8 rotational days per month
