Job Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for kindergarten students.
- Implement activity-based, play-way, and experiential teaching methodologies.
- Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, linguistic, and physical development.
- Develop early literacy, numeracy, communication, creativity, and life skills.
- Maintain a protected, inclusive, hygienic, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Monitor students' progress and maintain regular academic and developmental records.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to maintain high standards of early childhood education.
- Participate in school events, training sessions, and co-curricular activities.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Graduate in any relevant discipline; qualifications in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori, or equivalent will be preferred.
- Prior experience in kindergarten or preschool teaching will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- A warm, patient, creative, and child-centred approach to teaching.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to prepare age-appropriate teaching resources.
