Urgent Hiring for Apache Kafka Administrator

Location: Noida Sec 60

Position Requirements

- 5+ years of Kafka administration experience supporting mission-critical 24x7 environments.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka clusters hosted on ROSA in AWS and on-premises Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
- Experience building Kafka deployment pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation templates, and scripting.
- Experience implementing Kafka security and authorization models.
- Experience with Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, KSQL, REST Proxy, Control Center, Mirror Maker, or Confluent Replicator.
- Knowledge of Kafka APIs, security, performance, and disaster recovery best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Summary Essential Job Functions

- Manage large-scale multi-node Kafka cluster environments residing on AWS and on-premises OpenShift platforms.




- Handle all Kafka workplace builds, including design, capacity planning, cluster setup, performance tuning, and ongoing monitoring.
- Perform high-level day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for Kafka clusters.
- Develop key performance metrics to measure utilization, performance, and overall cluster health.
- Plan capacity requirements and implement new or upgraded hardware, software releases, and storage infrastructure.
- Research, recommend, and automate key administration tasks where possible.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and lead engineers.
- Provide guidance in the creation and modification of standards and procedures.
- Create topics, configure cluster redundancy, deploy monitoring tools, and establish alerting mechanisms.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to production support teams.
