Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.

- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

- Coordinate interviews and assessments, and provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Assist in negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires.

- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
