Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Application Support Engineer to provide L1 and L2 support for our business applications. The candidate will assist users with application-related issues, troubleshoot basic technical problems, and coordinate with internal technical teams for timely resolution.

Experience with LOS/LMS applications, preferably in the NBFC/financial services domain, will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1 and L2 application support to internal users.
- Attend to application-related queries and issues through calls, emails, and the ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to login, access, transactions, application errors, and user configuration.
- Check application logs and basic data issues to identify the cause of problems.
- Perform basic SQL/database checks where required.
- Escalate complex issues to the Development, Product, QA, or senior support team.
- Follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolution as per defined SLA/TAT.
- Assist in application testing, UAT, upgrades, and new releases.




- Maintain basic documentation of common issues and their solutions.

Required Skills

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Application Support / Technical Support.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Basic understanding of web applications and APIs will be an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a support workplace.
- Experience with LOS/LMS or financial applications will be preferred.
