Job Title: Junior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify suitable candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates' experience, skills, salary expectations, and notice periods.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection status, and joining confirmation.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Handle multiple job openings and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.




- Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR hiring.
- Candidates with manufacturing industry recruitment experience will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Kamal Vihar, Raipur.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
