We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Junior Pastry Chefs to join our team at Amber – The Whisk Factory. Candidates must have a robust interest in baking, good practical baking skills, and a passion for preparing quality pastries and bakery products.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare cakes, pastries, brownies, cookies and other bakery products.
- Assist in baking, decorating, and presenting desserts.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistent product quality.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Monitor ingredient stock and minimize food wastage.
- Support daily bakery and café operations.





Candidate Requirements
- Practical baking skills are mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of pastries, cakes, desserts, and bakery products.
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards.
- Good hygiene, time management, and teamwork skills.
- Relevant baking experience or a bakery qualification is preferred.
