Position Summary

- Responsible for Assembly of @ 20 to 40 people workforce
- He is responsible for Production of machine as per plan with good quality, Operator efficiency, Safety.

Main Responsibilities

- Ensure tasks are executed in the most effective manner in- regards to time, cost, and function.
- Show top notch craftsmanship in all aspects of job.
- Give direction to team leader and technician.
- Should be a positive team leader and need to handle a team of 40 to 50 people.
- Strive for ongoing self-improvement through additional training.
- Produce high quality parts with low rejection rate.
- Be a team player and contributor in shop.
- Show mutual respect for coworkers.
- Improve Work culture in Assembly shop and build good relationship with CFT.
- Improve productivity in Assembly line.

Critical Skills and Personal Attributes

- Hands on experience in machine building/Assembly area
- SAP Knowledge and Skill.




- Hands on experience in machine setting and testing and commissioning.
- Good communication skill to deal with European counter parts.
- Self-motivated

Education and Experience

- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/Production Engineering with 6 to 10 years relevant experience.
