Role Description The Junior IT Sales role full time, on-site position based in Thane. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, supporting IT sales pitches, and assisting in lead generation activities through calls, emails, and online research. The Junior IT Sales professional will help manage existing accounts, track client interactions, and follow up on opportunities to support revenue growth.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to understand service offerings, preparing basic sales materials, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and ensuring clear communication with clients regarding product and service features. The role also includes learning and applying sales best practices, participating in meetings, and contributing to the achievement of individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in IT Sales and basic understanding of Information Technology concepts relevant to consulting services.




- Ability to perform Lead Generation activities and support Account Management for existing and new clients.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Comfort with using CRM or sales tracking tools, MS Office applications, and online research platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, collaborate within a team, and manage time and tasks in a structured manner.
- Interest in building a career in IT sales and consulting; prior internship or entry-level experience in sales or IT services is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
