Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Interior Designer based in the Pune District.

The Junior Interior

Designer will assist in developing interior concepts, space plans, and layout options for residential and commercial projects under the guidance of senior designers. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and presentations, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and supporting project documentation. The role also involves visiting sites, capturing measurements, collaborating with architects and contractors,



and ensuring that designs are executed according to specifications and timelines.

The designer will engage with internal teams and, when required, with clients to clarify design requirements and support smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively with Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Understanding of Architecture principles and Interior Design coordination with structural and services requirements.
- Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and related technical documentation for in office execution.
- Knowledge of FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, finishes, and detailing aligned with project standards.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling tools) and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, visualization skills, and the ability to follow design guidelines and brand standards.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn, take feedback, and work collaboratively on-site.
- Ability to travel within the Pune District for site visits and project
