Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Graphic Designer with 1 year of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of design principles, a strong visual sense, and the ability to create engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative assets for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and brand communication.
- Create social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, thumbnails, and digital advertisements.
- Translate creative briefs into visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with content, social media, and video teams to execute creative requirements.
- Apply typography, colour theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy effectively.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain visual consistency across different brands and digital platforms.
- Stay updated with current design trends, creative formats, and emerging tools.
- Explore AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and improve workflow efficiency.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design.




- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Figma, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with designing creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI design tools is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
