About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Fashion Designer (Production) to support our design and manufacturing processes. This role focuses on translating design concepts into production-ready garments while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the garment production lifecycle from sampling to final output

- Support in pattern development, fittings, and garment corrections

- Coordinate with tailors, vendors, and production teams

- Source fabrics, trims, and materials as per design requirements

- Ensure quality control and consistency in finished products

- Maintain production timelines and track progress

- Prepare technical sheets and production specifications

- Assist in inventory and production documentation

- Ensure designs are executed accurately in bulk production

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design / Fashion Technology

- 0–2 years of experience in fashion design or production (freshers welcome)





- Basic understanding of garment construction and production processes

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel

- Must be hands-on and willing to work closely with production teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop

- Familiarity with sampling, grading, and tech packs

- Experience working with tailors or small production units

- Understanding of fabric types and garment finishing techniques
