Position: Junior EXIM Executive

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years

Qualification: Graduate in any stream; preference for candidates with EXIM, Logistics, or International Business knowledge

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in export-import documentation and shipment coordination.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other export documents.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, and internal teams.
- Track export shipments and ensure timely dispatch.
- Assist with customs clearance and documentation compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of export orders and shipments.

Required Skills





- Basic knowledge of export-import procedures and documentation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of international trade documentation will be an advantage.
