We are looking for a motivated and proactive fresher for the position of Junior Franchise POC to support franchise operations, outlet onboarding, staff training, and coordination with online aggregators.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the onboarding of new franchise outlets.
- Act as the central point of contact (POC) for online aggregators.
- Manage billing software at the Head Office level.
- Address franchise-related queries and provide timely support.
- Conduct training for new stores and assist existing store teams.
- Coordinate with franchise outlets to ensure smooth operations.
- Travel across India (PAN India) for store training and operational support.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel; good knowledge preferred.
- Solid coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Good training and presentation skills.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.
