R O L E I N T R O D U C T I O N The Fit Catalyst is a bridge role between senior consulting and floor leadership. They drive consistency, quality, and team capability across the alteration floor — identifying gaps in process, elevating the standard of client experience, and actively catalysing improvement in team performance. They are trusted experts who lead by example and push the department forward.

P R E P — P R E P A R A T I O N

- Conduct a daily floor readiness check — trial rooms, garment pipeline, and team deployment.
- Review complex or escalated client cases from the previous day and plan approach with the team.
- Brief the team on the day's priorities, client sensitivities, and any production constraints.
- Ensure garment flow between production and the fitting floor is smooth and on schedule.

P R O C E S S — O P E R A T I O N S

- Handle the most complex fitting cases — including intricate embellishments, structural alterations, and bridal briefs.
- Quality-check alteration plans prepared by Senior and Junior consultants before finalization.




- Identify technical gaps in the team's knowledge and conduct on-the-spot coaching and skill demonstrations.
- Monitor the accuracy of system entries across the floor — alteration slips, trial notes, and order status.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns that require expert-level resolution.
- Coordinate between the fitting floor and master tailors to ensure alteration feasibility and accuracy.

P O S T — R E S U L T S

K E Y Conduct quality audits on completed garments before final handover or dispatch.

- Review client satisfaction data and identify recurring fit or service issues.
- Develop and share process improvement suggestions with the Production Manager.
- Compile weekly team performance observations for review by the Section Lead.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, precision, and client-first service on the floor.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
