Role & responsibilities
1. Monitor & Maintain Quality standard in warehouse and logistics operations.
2. Analyze Quality issues, customer complaints and implement corrective action.
3. Prepare Quality reports, KPIs & documentation.
4. Conduct audits and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety requirement.
5. Coordinate with operation and warehouse team for continuous process improvement.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Proficiency in MS Excel & Power Point.
2. Knowledge of receiving area and GRN process, Vehicle unloading process.
3. Analytical & problem-solving skill.
4. Knowledge of 5s & Kaizen process.
