Hiring for Junior Engineer(Quality)

Work experience : 2 to 4 years.

Qualification : Diploma (Mechanical or any other specialization)

Key Areas : Casting , Forging , Machining , CNC .

Roles & Responsibility :

1.Review the Incoming, Line & PDI Register on daily basis for the verification rejection Qty.

2.Verifying incoming products and on time GRN clearance

3.Recent development Proto and PPAP sample inspection

4.Prepare and Inspecting parts as per control plan

5.Inspection for Line and Regular incoming parts

6 Co-ordination for sorting /Rework activity for NG Products

7.Verification & clearance of KIT items and packing materials

8.Calibration activities for Instrument and Gauges





9.Customer complaints handling and submit the 8D /CAPA reports to Customers

10.Inhouse & Supplier Quality performance Rating on monthly basis

11.Confirm the Audit Schedule from the Suppliers and Inhouse.(System, Product & Process)

12.Verifying Supplier PPAP samples and Approval

13.8D / CAPA Review for Internal and External complaints

14.Monitoring On-going Cpk and correlation study for the critical parameters

15.IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 activities

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
