We are looking for a motivated and responsible Junior Dentist to join our team and grow professionally in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and prepare treatment plans under appropriate supervision.
- Diagnose common dental conditions and provide routine dental treatments within the scope of competence.
- Perform scaling and polishing, restorations, basic extractions, and other general dental procedures as per clinical competency.
- Assist in root canal treatments, crown and bridge procedures, dental implant cases, and other advanced treatments as required.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene, preventive dental care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records, clinical notes, consent forms, and treatment documentation.
- Follow strict sterilization, infection control, biomedical waste management, and clinical safety protocols.
- Ensure proper handling of dental instruments, materials, and equipment.
- Communicate treatment options, costs, and follow-up requirements clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate with senior dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic,



and ethical approach toward patients.

Eligibility Criteria
- BDS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid dental registration in Telangana or eligibility to practice as per applicable regulations.
- Good clinical knowledge and a willingness to learn and improve practical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-friendly attitude, qualified ethics, punctuality, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a busy clinical environment.
- Freshers with good clinical fundamentals and a strong learning attitude are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills
- Basic proficiency in general dentistry and patient management.
- Familiarity with digital dental records and dental radiographs.
- Interest in developing skills in endodontics, restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, implants, and aesthetic dentistry.
- Good patient counselling and treatment acceptance communication skills.
