1. Job Responsibilities

- Handle manpower and coordinate site activities effectively.

- Independently manage structural erection activities at project sites.

- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and verify critical dimensions.

- Supervise site fabrication activities as per approved drawings.

- Ensure proper execution of fabrication and erection work.

- Coordinate platform assembly and erection activities with civil work progress.

- Arrange fabricated items as required from Head Office and for routine site work.

- Handle and resolve customer, client, and site-related complaints.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

- Plan and monitor site activities to achieve project targets within the specified timeline.

1. Required Skills & Competencies

- BE in Mechanical Engineering.

- 12 years of experience in MS fabrication and structural erection.





- Knowledge of fabrication drawings and shop-floor drawings.

- Understanding of various fabrication and erection activities.

- Experience in site supervision and manpower management.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Strong leadership qualities.

- Ability to understand site requirements.

- Energetic, focused, and willing to work at project sites.

- Willingness to travel to sites for structural inspection.
