Role & responsibilities

Data Preparation and Analysis: Collect, clean, organise, and analyse data in coordination with the Team Lead to support business operations and decision-making.

Dashboard Development: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), business performance, and operational progress.

Data Management: Organise and maintain the companys data room, files, and documentation to ensure information is accurate, secure, and easily accessible.

Internal Tool Development: Develop and maintain smart internal tools using Google Workspace tools, cloud platforms, and MySQL to improve workflow efficiency.

Database Management: Maintain databases, write basic SQL queries, and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analyse trends, and present actionable insights to the management team.

Process Automation: Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation solutions to reduce manual work and improve productivity.

Cross-functional Coordination:



Collaborate with the Team Lead and other departments to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Data Accuracy and Quality: Validate datasets, identify discrepancies, and ensure the reliability of reports and dashboards.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data management, reporting processes, and internal business tools.

Preferred candidate profile

Basic to intermediate knowledge of MySQL, including SQL queries, data extraction, and database management.

Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and data management, along with PowerPoint for business presentations.

Basic knowledge or exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.

Familiarity with Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or Amazon QuickSight for creating dashboards and visual reports.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
