- Independently develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
- Prepare detailed drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractors.
- Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and communicate design ideas effectively.
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills:

- Ability to independently handle design and drawing tasks.
- Valuable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
