Panchanan International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Account Executive to support daily accounting operations, financial record maintenance, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of accounting principles and working knowledge of MS Advance Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

- Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.

- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.

- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

- Verify bills, vouchers, payment records, and supporting documents.

- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Maintain accurate financial data in Excel and accounting software.

- Follow up on outstanding payments and pending entries.

- Assist in month-end closing and audit-related activities.

- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting data and documentation.





- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.

- Working knowledge of MS Advance Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.

- Understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.

- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems; Ginesys/SAP knowledge will be an advantage.

- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant commerce qualification.

- 12 years of experience in accounts or finance.

- Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals and Excel skills may also be considered.

- Candidates with experience in retail, garments, apparel, or wholesale businesses will be preferred.
