Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with practical experience in accounting, GST, TDS, invoicing, and e-way bill generation. Candidates with experience in the MEP / Fire Fighting industry or a CA firm will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Prepare sales and purchase invoices and verify supporting documents.
- Handle GST calculations, returns-related data, and reconciliation.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and related documentation.
- Generate and manage E-way bills & E-Invoice as per applicable requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Assist with monthly closing, financial reports, and audit documentation.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance with applicable tax regulations.

equired Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com or a relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Mandatory: Knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in invoice processing and e-way bill generation.
- Mandatory: Working experience with Tally ERP or Tally Prime.




- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting procedures.
- Preferred: Candidates from the MEP / Fire Fighting industry or a CA firm.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
