We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and assist with billing, payments, and financial reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records.
- Prepare and manage sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment receipts.
- Record income, expenses, and petty cash transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain bank transactions and assist with bank reconciliation.
- Track customer payments, pending dues, and vendor payments.
- Maintain employee attendance, salary records, and expense claims.
- Assist with GST-related documentation and monthly financial reports.
- Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Coordinate with management, vendors, customers, and external auditors when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA or a relevant accounting qualification.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.




- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software is preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST and invoicing procedures.
- Good numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of management.

Preferred Candidate
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and attentive to detail.
- Must be comfortable working from the office on a full-time basis.

Work Location and Employment
- Work Mode: Work from Office only; remote work is not available.
- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent.
- Salary: As per qualification, experience, and skills.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
