Job Summary

Healing Hands Clinic is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support the finance and accounts department in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and financial documents.
- Record and verify daily receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cash books and petty cash records.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain purchase bills, sales invoices, and expense statements.
- Assist with GST-related documentation, TDS entries, and other statutory records.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and account statements.
- Verify bills and invoices for accuracy and ensure timely processing of payments.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for bills, payment details, and supporting documents.




- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications
- B.Com or an equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar applications.

Required Skills
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of financial documentation and reconciliation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Honest, organized, and responsible approach to work.

Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and basic accounting knowledge may also apply.

Work Location Healing Hands Clinic, Dhole Patil Road, Pune.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
