About the Company

Nature Tree Paints Pvt. Ltd. operates in the paints and building materials industry. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities (Roles & Responsibilities)

- Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, and expense records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.
- Maintain and update cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and verification of financial transactions.
- Maintain GST-related invoices and assist with GST data preparation and return filing.
- Record employee expenses, travel expenses, and other business expenses.
- Assist in vendor payments, customer outstanding follow-ups, and payment tracking.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial records.
- Work on MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally Prime or similar software.




- Assist the senior accountant or management in preparing basic financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com graduate or equivalent qualification in Commerce/Accounting.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting; freshers with relevant skills may apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Good numerical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail, honesty, and willingness to learn.

- Candidate should be responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Preference for candidates who can join at the earliest.
