Payment

· Maintain payment of sundry creditors, vendors, transporters, others.

· ensure the invoice checked and verified

· Maintain bank payment book.

· Maintain and ensure details of electronic fund transfer (NEFT, RTGD,)

Deposit

· daily cash and cheque deposit

· maintain deposit slip

· maintaining of online transaction(neft, rtgs, dd operation,swaping)

Reconciliation

· Maintain Bank reconciliation.

Purchase and purchase return entry and filing

· Filing - Intra-state-purchase & Inter-state-purchase with form8, TIN no. , address, date, tax%,

Confirm the damage details, shortage, excess, price variation, Purchase Order etc...

· File original invoice, freight invoice, unloading details

· File Import purchase details.

1. Receipt of Performa invoice from suppliers.
2. Payment send through swift transfer.
3. Receipt of clearing document (bill of entry, commercial invoice, port rent, demurrage)
4. Pay customs duty, collect document from clearing agency (road frieght,sea freight
5. Clearing and documentation invoice ,advance tax payment, issue delivery note

· File vehicle invoice, RC, Tax copy, insurance certificate, loan agreement and schedule, NOC from finance company. · Purchase return-intra state form 9, delivery note,



purchase invoice copy, covering letter

· Purchase return-interstate delivery note, purchase invoice copy, covering letter, transaction slip

· Collect credit note against purchase return.

Branch transfer

· Prepare delivery note.

· Ensure & tally stock transfer in-out.

Filing

· File Monthly bank statement, all statutory letters, stock statement, yearly insurance renewal, statutory Certificate.

· Collect vouchers and invoices from counter (mess, fuel, telephone, electricity, stationary, commission, freight, donation etc...)

· Maintain separate file for each expense.

Statutory forms

· Issue statutory forms, C forms and maintain register.

· Statutory data entry TDS (contract, rent, road freight, sea freight, qualified charge, interest other than bank etc...

· Ensure service tax (road freight,rail freight)

· Ensure EPF, ESI details.

Reports

· Daily Accounts

· Weekly /daily expense report

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
