Job Title: Jr. Technical Support Executive

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Experience: Fresher – 6 Months

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and IT-related issues.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Identify issues, resolve them within timelines, and escalate complex problems.
- Maintain issue logs, prepare reports, and follow up with customers.
- Assist with system installation, configuration, and remote support.

Requirements:

- BCA, B.Sc. IT, BA, or a related qualification.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, software, and troubleshooting.
- Quick learner with a customer-focused attitude.
