About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect with a good foundation in architectural design, drafting, visualization, and construction documentation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and Lumion, have working knowledge of Revit, and possess a fair understanding of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D visualizations and architectural presentations using Lumion.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating GFC drawings and construction details.
- Work on design development, drawing revisions, and documentation.
- Coordinate with senior architects,



interior designers, consultants, and site teams.
- Assist in site visits and ensure drawings are aligned with site requirements.
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of assigned work.

Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in an architecture firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Lumion.
- Basic to working knowledge of Revit.
- Fair understanding of GFC drawings, architectural detailing, and construction documentation.
- Good design sense, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage assigned tasks within deadlines.
