ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a capable, design-focused B.Arch graduate with 2–3 years of professional experience who can contribute across both architectural and interior design projects—from concept development and technical drawings to client coordination and site execution. Candidates should have strong design fundamentals, practical material knowledge, and the ability to learn and adopt new tools, including AI-assisted rendering workflows.

CORE SOFTWARE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

AutoCAD: Accurate plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, detailing and documentation.

SketchUp + V-Ray: 3D modelling, materials, lighting, rendering and presentation-quality visuals.

Adobe Photoshop: Post-production, image editing, mood boards and design presentations.

MS Office: Reports, schedules, presentations and project documentation.

AI & Emerging Tools: Willingness and ability to learn new software and AI-based rendering/visualisation tools as project needs evolve.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN & DRAWING SKILLS Develop architectural concepts, design proposals and space-planning solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Prepare and coordinate floor plans, elevations, sections, façade designs, staircases, toilets, kitchens and other architectural details.

Produce explicit architectural working drawings and GFC/construction drawings, with accurate dimensions and detailing.

Understand functionality, circulation, aesthetics, building materials, finishes and practical construction requirements.

INTERIOR DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION SKILLS Handle residential and commercial interior design tasks, including space planning, layouts, concepts, mood boards and presentations.





Prepare interior working drawings such as false-ceiling plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), ceiling and wall electrical layouts, lighting plans, partition/fabrication details and carpentry/woodwork drawings.

Support selection and coordination of materials and finishes, including laminates, veneers, upholstery, glass, paint colours/textures, flooring, stone, hardware and light fixtures.

Understand site-based customisation and coordinate drawings with actual site conditions and execution requirements.

CLIENT, TEAM & SITE MANAGEMENT

Communicate professionally with clients, understand requirements, present design options and incorporate feedback.

Coordinate with internal design, engineering, vendor and execution teams to maintain design intent and drawing accuracy.

Conduct site visits, verify dimensions and existing conditions, clarify drawings, monitor execution quality and help resolve on-site design issues.

Manage assigned tasks, revisions, documentation and deadlines with attention to detail.

ELIGIBILITY & APPLICATION

Mandatory: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch).

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.

Portfolio: Must share an architectural/interior design portfolio with sample concepts, drawings and 3D visualisations.

Work Arrangement: Full-time, in-person role at KPHB, Hyderabad.

Ideal Candidate: Strong design and drafting skills, material awareness, clear communication, client handling and a proactive attitude toward learning new software.
