Junior Accountant

Location: Kankarbagh, Patna

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹16,000 per month

We are looking for a dedicated Junior Accountant to join our team at Kankarbagh, Patna. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with Tally ERP software, GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3B filing, and bank reconciliation. You will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update accounts using Tally ERP software.

Perform daily bookkeeping and account maintenance.

Conduct bank reconciliation and ensure accurate bank statement matching.

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-2, and GSTR-3B) on time.

Assist in monthly and quarterly financial closing.

Support audits and maintain compliance with accounting standards.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Maintain invoices, receipts,



and other financial documents.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

Solid knowledge of Tally ERP, preferably Tally Prime.

Experience with GST filing (GSTR-1, 2, 3B) and bank reconciliation.

Good understanding of accounting principles.

Proficient in MS Excel and basic office applications.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.

Preferred

Experience with SME accounting.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
