We are looking for an active and responsible Security Supervisor to manage security guard deployment, reliever arrangements, attendance, and site inspections across multiple client locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit different sites and monitor security operations.
- Arrange security guard deployment and relievers for absent staff.
- Help in marketing to get more candidates and clients.
- Collect and verify daily attendance from various sites.
- Assist with new employee joining, documentation, and site allocation.
- Coordinate with clients and security guards regarding staffing requirements.
- Check uniforms, punctuality, discipline, and duty performance.
- Submit daily site visit and manpower reports to management.

Requirements




- Experience in security supervision or manpower management preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel between multiple sites.
- Ability to manage attendance, deployment, and field operations.
