We have an urgent requirement for Mumbai/ Vadodara Location

Experience- 7-15 Years

Educational Qualification- BE/Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical or Mechatronics

Candidate Must have hands-on component-level repair of multilayer industrial PCBs. Must diagnose complex electronic faults using multimeter, oscilloscope, LCR meter, bench power supply and repair /testing equipment. VFD, PLC, HMI, SMPS, power electronics and industrial instruments experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair industrial electronic PCBs to component level
- Repair and service PLC,HMI, VFD, Servo drives, power supplies, industrial controllers and automation equipments
- Perform SMD and BGA solderning, PCB rework and component replacement
- Use diagnostic tools: Oscilloscope, multimeter, LCR Meter, Function Generator, logic analyzer & hot air rework station




- Read and interpret schematics, circuit diagrams and datasheets
- Ensure quality repairs and maintain technical documentation

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics
- PCB level troubleshooting and repair expertise
- SMD/BGA Rework, IC Replacement, MOSFET, IGBT, Power modules, Microcontroller circuit
- Experience with: Seimens, ABB, Schneider ,Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Danfoss, Yaskawa, Bosch rexrorth, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Fuji electric, Emerson, GE and more
- ESD protected working & industrial safety compliance
