Job Summary

CT Group of Institutions, Shahpur, is looking for a suitable and experienced.Candidate to manage scholarship-related activities and other assigned responsibilities of the Department of Admissions (DOA), including consultancy coordination and DRCC verifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage scholarship-related documentation, applications, processing, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate and liaise with scholarship nodal offices and relevant government departments.
- Handle banking reconciliation and maintain accurate scholarship-related financial records.
- Perform DRCC verification-related activities and coordinate with the concerned authorities.
- Support consultancy-related work and other administrative responsibilities assigned by the department.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.




- Ensure timely submission of documents and follow-up on pending cases.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant educational qualification with a good accounting and financial documentation background.
- Prior experience in scholarship management, banking reconciliation, or related administrative work will be preferred.
- Must be a local candidate with personal conveyance for official visits and liaisoning.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and Google Sheets management.
- Good Punjabi typing skills.
- Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and record-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
