Drive channel expansion across the assigned territory.

Monitor retail outlet performance and drive business growth.

Achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets through inbound and outbound activities.

Operationalize and manage all Jio Points under the assigned Jio Centre.

Drive performance of preferred retail outlets.

Ensure world-class customer experience at Jio Points.

Maintain operational hygiene, compliance, and governance.

Monitor team productivity and overall performance.

Train, guide, and evaluate team members and channel partners.
