Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building robust backend services, developing responsive frontend applications, integrating REST APIs, and working with relational and NoSQL databases.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions in an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
- Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Develop dynamic, responsive, and reusable UI components using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
- Implement business logic, application security, authentication, and authorization.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in code reviews,



technical discussions, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to application stability and reliability.
- Use Git and CI/CD pipelines to support version control, build automation, and deployment.

Required Technical Skills

Backend Technologies

- Solid proficiency in Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Understanding of distributed systems and backend application design.

Frontend Technologies

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, functional components, and React Hooks.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management using Redux, Context API, or equivalent solutions.
- Experience integrating REST APIs into React applications.
- Understanding of responsive design, reusable components, and frontend performance optimization.

Database & ORM

- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of SQL queries, joins, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience with Hibernate and JPA.




- Exposure to MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is an advantage.

Tools & Engineering Practices

- Version control using Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
- Unit testing using JUnit, Mockito, and Jest or React Testing Library.
- Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building enterprise-grade, scalable web applications.
- Knowledge of application security, JWT, OAuth 2.0, and role-based access control.
- Familiarity with Kafka or other messaging technologies.
- Understanding of caching, logging, monitoring, and application performance tuning.
- Exposure to Kubernetes and cloud-native application deployment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
