Java AI DeveloperExperience: 5+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java AI Developer with strong expertise in Java development and a good understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating AI-powered solutions with Java-based applications to build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and related technologies.
- Develop and integrate AI-powered features into Java-based applications.
- Work with Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Integrate AI/ML models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI services into existing applications.
- Work with AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain4j, Spring AI, or equivalent technologies.
- Develop applications using Generative AI, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), where applicable.
- Build secure and scalable APIs for AI-driven applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Follow best practices for software development, security, and deployment.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections,



Multithreading, and Exception Handling.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience in microservices architecture and application integration.
- Knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with AI/ML integration, Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-powered application development.
- Familiarity with AI integration frameworks such as Spring AI or LangChain4j is preferred.
- Understanding of Git, Maven/Gradle, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Python or AI/ML libraries is an advantage.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architecture.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application deployment.
