Job Title: IVF Financial Counsellor

We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused IVF Financial Counsellor to join our fertility clinic team. The successful candidate will help patients understand IVF treatment costs, treatment packages, payment options and financial requirements while providing clear, compassionate support throughout their fertility journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Explain IVF treatment packages, procedure costs and payment plans to patients.
- Provide accurate treatment estimates and explain billing procedures.
- Counsel patients about available financial options and package inclusions.
- Coordinate with doctors, IVF coordinators, billing and front-office teams.
- Follow up with prospective patients and support enquiry conversion.
- Maintain patient enquiry records and follow-up reports.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and professional communication.

Qualifications and Skills





- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; healthcare qualifications preferred.
- Experience in IVF counselling, hospital financial counselling, healthcare sales or patient relationship management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain treatment costs clearly and professionally.
- Basic computer skills and experience maintaining patient records.
- A patient-focused, ethical and service-oriented approach.

Experience Relevant experience in an IVF clinic, fertility centre or hospital is preferred. Suitable candidates with strong communication and counselling skills may also be considered.
