Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic ITI Trainee Engineers to join our Automation Team. The selected candidates will assist engineers with electrical and mechanical assembly, machine wiring, component installation, testing and commissioning support for industrial automation equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist engineers in assembling industrial automation machines and equipment.
- Support electrical wiring, cable routing, crimping, ferruling and termination under supervision.
- Assist with mounting and connecting sensors, switches, relays, contactors and other electrical components.
- Support PLC I/O wiring and basic control-panel assembly.
- Assist with mechanical fitting, component installation and machine assembly as required.
- Follow electrical drawings, assembly instructions and the Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Help with continuity checks, basic testing and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Maintain tools, materials and a clean, organised work area.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).




- Coordinate with the electrical, mechanical and automation engineering teams.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical components.
- Interest in industrial automation, machine building and control panels.
- Willingness to learn PLC wiring, sensors, drives and machine assembly.
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and safety practices is an advantage.
- Good discipline, teamwork, attention to detail and learning attitude.

Eligibility Criteria

- ITI qualification in Electrician, Electronics, Fitter or a relevant technical trade.
- Freshers and candidates with up to one year of relevant experience may apply.
- Candidates must be willing to work at Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai.
- Candidates should be interested in hands-on technical work in an industrial environment.
