Job Title: Limfa Injection Moulding Machine Operator

Job Location: Greater Noida
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Relevant experience in injection moulding machine operation preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Limfa injection moulding machines used in PVC production.
- Set machine parameters, including temperature, pressure, cycle time, and mould settings, as per production requirements.
- Handle PVC raw materials and ensure proper material feeding.
- Monitor production quality and ensure products meet specified standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine faults and production defects.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, inspection, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure minimum material wastage and maintain production targets.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and maintain 5S standards in the department.
- Maintain daily production records, machine operating data, and rejection reports.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of injection moulding machine operations and PVC processing.
- Basic understanding of machine settings, mould changes, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to identify defects and maintain product quality.
- Responsible, disciplined, and dedicated to work.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing workplace and meet production targets.
