Role Overview

We are looking for a technically sound and service-oriented IT professional to manage the organisation’s IT infrastructure, provide timely technical support to employees, and ensure smooth, secure and uninterrupted IT operations.

The role involves managing hardware, software, networks, user access, system security, backups and IT assets, while coordinating with external vendors and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT hardware.
- Install, configure, update and troubleshoot operating systems, software, antivirus solutions and business applications.
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches and internet connectivity.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, resolving hardware, software, email, application and network-related issues.
- Manage official email accounts, user access permissions, shared drives and employee IT onboarding/offboarding.
- Ensure system security, antivirus protection, regular backups and data protection practices.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licences, warranties and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors, internet providers and software development agencies for timely issue resolution.




- Provide technical support for CRM, HRMS and other business applications, including troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT infrastructure, system reliability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration or IT infrastructure management.
- Robust knowledge of Windows systems, hardware troubleshooting and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, antivirus solutions and data backup systems.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems, cloud applications and software integrations.
- Good problem-solving, communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage IT operations and prioritise technical issues.
