Role Overview

We are looking for a technically sound and service-oriented IT qualified to manage the organisation’s day-to-day IT infrastructure, provide timely technical support to employees, and ensure smooth and uninterrupted IT operations. The role will be responsible for managing hardware, software, networks, user access, system security, backups and IT assets, while coordinating with external vendors and service providers wherever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT hardware across the organisation.
- Install, configure, update and troubleshoot operating systems, software,



antivirus solutions and business applications.
- Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches and internet connectivity.
