Job Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the cinema theatre IT support team.
- Manage and monitor POS machines, kiosks, ticketing systems and network systems.
- Handle server systems, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi and other IT infrastructure.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV, biometric attendance and access-control systems.
- Provide technical support to Box Office, F&B;, Operations and other departments.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related issues.
- Maintain IT equipment, software, hardware and system records.
- Ensure smooth IT operations during peak hours, weekends and special events.
- Guide junior IT staff and allocate daily technical tasks.
- Maintain system security, backups and basic IT documentation.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in IT support / IT operations, preferably in a cinema, mall, hospitality or retail environment.
- Good knowledge of POS, server, networking,



CCTV and biometric systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and team-handling skills.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead the IT team.

Work Requirements
- Rotational Shifts: Willing to work day / evening / night shifts.
- Weekend Working: Must be available to work on weekends.
- Government & Festival Holidays: Willing to work on government and festival holidays as per theatre requirements.
- Immediate Joiners: Preferred.
- Weekly Off: As per shift and operational schedule.
