About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined candidates to join our IT Support team as Interns. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training and mentoring from experienced professionals while supporting Australian clients with their IT-related queries and technical issues.

This role is ideal for freshers who have valuable communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn and build a career in IT Support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 IT support to Australian clients through calls, emails, and ticketing systems.
- Log, monitor, review, and resolve technical support tickets within defined timelines.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Support basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, and system-related problems.
- Assist with Active Directory, user account management, and Microsoft Server administration.
- Communicate professionally with clients and ensure timely resolution of their concerns.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members whenever required.
- Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
- Freshers with a strong interest in IT Support are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fundamental knowledge of computer hardware,



networking, and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable working in the Australian night shift.

Technical Skills – Added Advantage
- Microsoft 365 administration.
- Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Windows Server administration.
- Microsoft Intune and device management.
- Networking, DNS, and firewall fundamentals.
- Microsoft Defender and basic IT security concepts.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.

Mandatory Certifications Candidates should have or be willing to obtain relevant Microsoft certifications:
