Job Summary

Axiom Technologies is a Global IT Services partner supporting medium- to large-scale enterprises. It is a role that coordinates activities, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Engineer (Pharma Domain)

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience working in a pharmaceutical company or regulated pharma environment.

- Pharma Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure operations within the pharmaceutical industry.

- GxP Setting: Good knowledge and hands-on experience working in a GxP-regulated environment.

- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of GxP, GMP, and IT compliance requirements applicable to pharmaceutical environments.

- Infrastructure Skills: Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, servers, networking, end-user support, system monitoring,



and troubleshooting.

- Documentation Processes: Familiarity with maintaining and following SOPs, work instructions, incident records, change records, and other compliance-related documentation.

- Communication Skills: Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with site teams, IT leads, vendors, and business stakeholders.

- Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing plants and IT infrastructure will be preferred.

- Flexible and ready for 247 support including night shifts
